    • Refunds apply only to the initial purchase and not to renewals or recurring subscriptions.

    2. Include your full name, the email address associated with the purchase, and your order number.

    3. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request.

  3. Processing Time

    • Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

    • Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 15 business days.

  4. Exceptions

    • No refunds are offered for products that have been accessed or used.

    • Purchases made with discount codes or as part of a promotion may be subject to different refund terms.

  5. Access Cancellation Once the refund is processed, access to the digital product will be revoked.
