  • To request a refund, email admin@secretforestworld.com with your order number within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. After the first week

Once the 7-day window closes, refunds can no longer be requested. Here is why: every pre-order is put to work immediately — it funds a bigger team, more content and a better game for everyone. The more support we receive, the more we invest into Secret Forest. Because your contribution starts working for the game right away, it cannot be returned after the first week.

3. Purchases on other stores

Packs bought on Steam, PlayStation Store, Xbox or Nintendo eShop follow the refund policy of that platform.
